Cool, bold, and against the grain, Daily Dough is the New York bagel shop for those who speak their mind and love fresh dough. It's targeted for Gen Z and Gen Alpha, and highlights New York's skate, grunge, and street life. It pays homage to the bagel's origin in New York and always makes bagels the traditional way: Fresh, by hand, and boiled.
Process
The wordmark is fluid, imitating the hand-rolled bagel dough before it's boiled. I wanted the letters to be both dough-y and also mimic graffiti tags seen on the walls around the shop. The colors are bright and meant to catch your attention. The voice of the shop is laidback, cool, and doesn't care what you think. It's all about authenticity. Daily Dough calls out "lesser" bagel shops for frozen dough with their tagline "F' Frozen". Despite the cohesive branding, Daily Dough wants to offer an authentic experience: getting your bagel to go in a paper bag. They believe that's how bagels were always meant to be carried.
This bagel shop is about community, and its menu is tailored to them. With specialty sandwiches based on locals ' preferences, and a secret menu with a code hidden around the shop for the regulars. This bagel shop isn't meant to cater to everyone, and it doesn't care what you think about it. The social media presence matches the voice, with posts about activism despite controversy. DD's mascot is Davey Doughboy, and he represents the attitude of the shop with a laid-back walk and casual hand in the pocket. His fit consists of baggy jeans, a baseball cap, (not) Air Jordan's, and his classic DD skateboard.

Named after the Roman god of wine, Bacchus, is a modern, bold, and fun wine brand. Prioritizing accessibility and aiming to target the younger casual drinking market, Bacchus is offered in both cans and bottles. The brand is characterized by bright greens and purples, unconventional label design, and an a empahsis on bringing people together.

Process
The handrawn typeface is bold and inky, inspired by the italian grapevines. Currently the market for casual drinking is untapped by wine and is mostly populated by older gen z and younger millenials. The bold, bright and fun, design style is off beat for typical wine branding but is well liked by the younger market. The marketing focuses on social media, merch items such as totes and hats, and bold packaging.
Bacchus is meant to be accessible and have a lower price point. Despite being playful, the brand is built on Roman mythology and evokes a feeling of tradition. This feeling, mixed with bright visuals, creates a perfect blend of trust and fun that sets Bacchus apart from other wine brands.
